Springsteen

Los Angeles

We named the project Springsteen because the house had the kind of easy character that felt like Bruce could have had a beer there and written a song in the back room. The goal was to keep that spirit intact while giving the interiors more depth, warmth, and intention.

The goal was never to make this house feel new. It was to make it feel more like itself.

We opened the floor plan, reworked an awkward addition, and leaned into richer materials, darker finishes, and a more collected mix of details. The result feels relaxed, personal, and a little unexpected.

The kitchen became the moodiest room in the house.

Instead of bright white on bright white, we used contrast, texture, and natural materials to create a space that feels just as good over morning coffee as it does over a late night glass of wine.

A little moodier, a little warmer, and entirely its own.
