A bit about Dan
In 2012 Dan purchased his first new construction home. From the very beginning he fell in love with the entire build and design process. This led to completing the project, listing it, and quickly selling it so he could have the experience all over again.
At dtc Dan focuses on many aspects of the process. He is involved in the purchasing, designing and renovating of each dtc home. When working with clients Dan is able to be a part of a specific area of the project or help take the client from start to finish. Whether you need assistance finding the right home, renovating your new space, or simply making it feel like home through design Dan will see you through every step of the way.
Dan currently resides in Los Angeles, CA with his wife Dana, son Benson Bowie and fur child Sonny.
