The story goes someone who designs homes for a living buys a house for the lot. This was a wild project. The house went from 3 beds, 2 baths to 4 beds, 3.5 baths. 1400 square feet expanded to 2,034 square feet. Every rule was broken, didn’t save anywhere, over thought everything, and what was supposed to be a black box came out white. In the end a beautiful home with a one of a kind kitchen was created. Happy wife, child, and dog. This designer might have even been told he did such a good job he can buy a motorcycle again. Of course this house will never be done and stayed tuned for phase outside.
