Bloomfield St is a single-family home in the Sherman Oaks neighborhood of Los Angeles. This was a unique challenge for us because our clients were renting the home. We had to work with the bones of the home and try to create a space that represented who they are as a family.

This home had to be budget, timing, and style-focused. The clients were moving from NYC to LA and we had only three weeks to complete the project. This included outfitting a 4-bedroom 4-bathroom main house and a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom back house. To add complexity to an already complex project we had to deal with delays due to Covid.

In the end, we were able to complete this project on time, on budget, and deliver a home that our clients loved. Through beautiful staple pieces, artwork, textures, and personalized touches they have a home that represents their family life here in LA.
