Haddon was a new construction duplex in the Wicker Park Neighborhood of Chicago. This was purchased in the very beginning of the build phase giving us full control of the direction it took. The home featured a full roof deck with a view of the skyline, giving it unique personality over most condos in the area.

There were many custom touches added to this home. The finishes flowed throughout to create a sense of calm. We wanted the home to have continuity in this way. The kitchen had white shaker cabinets, custom raising hinges on the uppers, honed granite countertops, 3d marble backsplash and custom drawer pullouts.

Each bedroom was layered in textured wall paper and powered window treatments. Once you reached the roof you were greeted with a full outdoor living space that included a television and surround sound system.
