This home was in complete shambles. It had two additions added to it after different times throughout it’s life. This required us to completely start from scratch. We gutted and reworked the entire floor plan. We took an odd three bedroom two bath and turned it into a fully functional four bedroom three and a half bath. It boasts a 13 foot kitchen island and a 16 ft sliding glass door to enjoy indoor / outdoor living in Southern CA. The primary en suite bathroom had a fire place put in to make it a truly luxurious experience when winding down from the day.
