Milwaukee Ave was a new construction purchase in Logan Square. Coming in at the very beginning we were able to customize each aspect without dealing with the added difficulty of a gut remodel.

We chose a neutral palate for the space. You could see from one end to the other in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. We knew it was important to not be distracted by an overload of senses in the space.

The walls were coated with a warm gray paint. We paint every door in the space black elevating the sophistication. We carried that black accent into the dining room to provide drama to the space.

Custom lighting was used throughout. This was an area we wanted to be playful with since the color palate was restricted. We also added beautiful velvet window treatments to add warmth and luxury to the space.
