We were brought in to reimagine the first floor of this charming family home. Our mission: bring function and flow to a space that had long outlived its layout. We completely renovated the kitchen and bathroom, created a new laundry room, and did it all in a way that feels true to the home’s original character.

The kitchen had a confusing layout—including a window looking into another interior room. We reworked the entire space from the ground up, maximizing functionality and, yes, even making room for the island the homeowners had always dreamed of. Marble countertops bring a timeless elegance, while panel-front appliances—including the fridge and dishwasher—keep things seamless and sophisticated. A Thermador oven anchors the kitchen with serious cooking power and style.

The bathroom now feels like a breath of fresh air—bright, timeless, and built to impress for years to come. Guests won’t want to leave.
