This condo had great bones and a ton of potential. It had been lightly renovated and the bathrooms were in good enough shape. We decided to be crafty to be as cost effective as possible. New floors were laid over existing, instantly freshening up the space. We painted the home a singular color to provide an airy and consistent experience. The kitchen was opened up. We saved the main wall of cabinets and counters / backsplash. Those ended up getting painted, then paired with an 11 ft island and touches of walnut. The kitchen is a true show piece of the home. The owner was starting fresh so we purchased every piece of furniture in the home new. The client ended up with the exact feeling they wanted in their new slice of pie in the sky.
