Construction & Renovation

These projects can vary from minor changes such as taking a wall down to the full remodel of a home. Our goal is to move the project at a pace that allows for the highest quality of work while getting you into your home in a timely manner.

DTC will manage the project start to finish with our high-quality contractors, suppliers, and associates. Create your dream space exactly as you want it.

• Site visit with inspection, analysis, and consultation
• Review scope to ensure feasibility and construction standards with the architectural team
• Contractor bidding and timeline review
• Daily and weekly site visits during the project
• Full project management with weekly budget \and billing reviews
• Walkthrough to create a punch list for final tasks
• Final walkthrough of newly renovated space

Property Selection and Acquisition

At DTC we realize a large part of creating the perfect home is finding the right property. Scouting properties requires a strong vision of what the property could become with the right remodel and design. We can help create your dream home from the start by finding the right property to purchase.

• Client meeting to understand their needs and desires for the new home
• DTC will research and provide an expansive list of properties to review
• DTC does an onsite visit to determine which property choices are worth considering
• Once the shortlist is finalized our clients visit those potential sites
• We negotiate and help complete purchase

Consulting

Some clients prefer to take the project lead themselves and just need a few hours of consulting to help guide the ship. We can help bring vision, clarity, and planning to almost any project. These consultations can occur during any phase of your design/renovation process and can be a short or long term consulting package.

These are billed on an hourly basis and fees can be applied towards a design agreement if one is reached. Some of the common things we consult:
