Lost To Found
This house had been added onto more than once and had lost any real sense of flow along the way. We stripped it back, reworked the entire plan, and rebuilt the interiors around a more connected way of living.

The challenge was making sense of what was already there.
Two previous additions had left the home fragmented and awkward. By reorganizing the layout, we were able to create a four bedroom home that feels open, functional, and intentional without losing the intimacy of the original house.

The kitchen became the center of everything.
A thirteen foot island anchors the space, while a sixteen foot wall of glass opens the interior directly to the backyard and brings indoor and outdoor living together.

The primary suite was designed to feel like an escape.
The bathroom became one of the most unexpected spaces in the house, complete with a fireplace that adds warmth and a little indulgence to the end of the day.
